“So, You Want to Create a Survey” - Part 1b CFA -Testing Validity and Internal Consistency Online
Join us as Abimelec ‘Abi’ Mercado Rivera that takes you from the basics of survey creation to techniques for analyzing survey data using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). You’ll learn about survey design basics that will help you craft clear, unbiased questions based on theoretical or conceptual frameworks. We will learn how to use CFA to test the validity of your survey model using advanced models to confirm theoretical frameworks. We will use real-life examples in our demonstrations using accessible tools like SPSS and R. This lab continues from Feb. 5, which we used Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to learn about survey designs to create clear unbiased questions based on theoretical or conceptual frameworks.
